Any person claiming to be affected by the said Development(s) may appeal by 4:00 P.M., November 6, 2026, to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board by serving Notice of Appeal to the Secretary, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board: County of St. Paul No. 19, 5015 49 Avenue, St. Paul, Alberta, T0A 3A4.

The appeal letter must contain your name, address, phone number, at least one reason for appeal and the non-refundable fee of $300.00, no GST. If the development permit is permitted under the Land Use Bylaw, no appeal applies unless the provisions of the bylaw were relaxed, varied, or misinterpreted in the decision of the Development Authority.
